The apartment is the place where you will find peace and relaxation. The apartment the breathtaking views of the sea to the island of La Gomera. You can enjoy the evening sunset with a glass of wine on the south-facing terrace. It has a huge private double terrace with a wonderful sea view and very close to the pool where you can enjoy all-day sun.
The apartment has a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. This apartment will provide you with a double bed, all amenities such as flat-screen 40 inch smart TV , Wi-Fi , washing machine, microwave, fridge, beach towels, bath towels, toaster and much more is available. With the equipment we thought of everything what you need for a relaxing, unforgettable vacation.

Located in Adeje, 450 m from Aqualand, while Siam Park is 1.5 km away and 1 km from Gran Sur Shopping Centreand, 2.9 km from Plaza del Duque Shopping Centre. There are restaurants, cafés and grocery shops within 400 m and you can reach the beach in 15 minutes on foot. Less than 5 mins by taxi.

The nearest airport is Tenerife Sur, 20 km from the accommodation.

Winter break

Good location with bus stop very close apartment has steps to navigate but no problem apartment has a beautiful large balcony with afternoon sun we had a few minor problems but the host Magdelana and her manager Luca responded immediately we had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay again Graham & Julie

super view, many stairs, steep hill

The apartment was pretty modern, the rooms clean, yet not a "luxury apartment". The balcony view is stunning, yet not very privat. The complex is on a steep hill. From the apt. door to the street leading into town you need to first go up 72 steps. This was not mentioned in the ad. People with medical issues will have problems. The 20 minute walk from the beach up the hill to the apt. is very strenuous. Yet there's always a taxi or bus one can take for cheap. There were a few things needing repair/replacement (balcony chairs, washing machine, curtains) that we personally showed the owner before leaving.

Not a LUXURY apartment

This apartment is advertised as luxury.. it is NOT Positives…clean, spacious balcony, fabulous view. Quiet complex, lovely pool. Plenty of kitchen equipment, good supply of hot water for showers, double bed, English channels on tv including Netflix Negatives…. Umbrella and patio cushions have mildew on them Kitchen needs to be ripped out as it’s falling apart. Tap was leaking which caused the cupboard underneath it to be damp and to smell, door handles need to be replaced as they are falling off. We did report this to the owner when we arrived but unfortunately she was very rude to my husband. The apartment has great potential but we will not be returning. And the fact that it was advertised asLUXURY should be addressed.
