We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and you must notify at least two days in advance to contract it.

Someone from the staff will wait for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. He will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in time starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 p.m. If a guest wants to check-in after this time, they will have to pay €25 in cash before entering the apartment.

Accommodation:

Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment furnished with great taste and attention to detail. It consists of the master bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a storage area and a standard-sized bunk bed (if adults are very large they will not be comfortable). The kitchen is well equipped for family lunches with a nice sofa bed in the living room. the living room (The sofa bed is designed for one adult or two small children. Two adults would not be comfortable on it). The area is quiet and is just 1 km from Playa La Pinta, in the surrounding area there is plenty of parking, supermarkets and bars. Free wifi and air conditioning.

The residence is very quiet close to all the necessary services. The pool is communal, outdoor, open all year round (not heated) and belongs to the complex. So we ask future guests to follow the community rules around the pool and sunbathing area.

The residence does not have private parking. It has no views. It does not have a balcony or terrace. The swimming pool is about 50 meters inside the complex. The large window seen in the photos belongs to the entrance door.

The sofa bed is designed for a maximum of one adult or two children.

Neighborhood:

The complex is close to all the necessary services. Shops, bars, restaurants and pubs. Also close to public transport and a few minutes walk from the nearest beaches.
