Luxurious Private Studio Get-away w/ Hot Tub, Koi Pond & Fire Pit!

Private studio with a separate entrance, hot tub, beautiful garden with landscape lighting and bamboo, Koi pond, creek, gas grill, and fire pit. Only guests that book the studio will be able to use the backyard, including the hot tub!!

The space can accommodate 2 guests. Located 2-3 minutes off exit 277 on highway 75, 22 minutes from Suntrust Park, 13 minutes to Lake Point Sports Complex, 10 minutes to Lake Allatoona & 30 minutes to Atlanta. There is free street parking for 1 vehicle. Please keep in mind this is the lower level of a house & you may hear footsteps.

Amenities:
•Living room area- sectional sofa, extra heater if needed, flat screen TV, wine glasses & rocks glasses with wine opener & ice bucket, coffee maker with coffee, creamer, sugar & coffee mugs, plastic silverware, cups and plates, individual condiments, paper towels, cutting board & knife. There is also storage space in the cabinets.

•Bedroom area- queen size bed, USB charging port, air purifier, 2 dresser drawers for extra storage & one drawer with extra blankets.

•Bathroom- shower/tub combo, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, 4 bath towels, a hand towel, 2 washcloths, extra toilet paper & hair dryer.

•Walk-in closet- shelves for storage, hangers, iron & ironing board, set of grill tools, small refrigerator/freezer & microwave.

**IF YOU USE THE HOT TUB PLEASE BE CAREFUL TAKING OFF THE COVER AND MAKE SURE THE COVER IS CLOSED AFTER YOU’RE DONE USING IT (HOT TUB COVER IS NOT MEANT TO BE SAT OR LEANED ON AT ANY TIME). LEAVING THE COVER OFF OVERNIGHT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO THE HOT TUB BECAUSE OF DEBRIS AND COLD TEMPERATURES. THIS IS AN EASY OFF HOT TUB COVER. THE METAL BAR IN THE CENTER IS USED TO LIFT THE COVER OFF. THE COVER SHOULD NEVER BE COMPLETELY REMOVED AND PLACED ON THE GROUND.

Please be considerate of our property and follow the check-in instructions to ensure a seamless check-in and also proper use of the hot tub. We live on the upper level, but there are no interior or exterior amenities that are shared. You will have private access to the interior and exterior spaces along with a separate entrance.

We didn’t stay. Anyone with mobility issues better find another place. My husband almost fell going down to the door and twice when we went back to the car. We never went inside. We had to get a hotel room. My husband had been in the hospital 18 days and had surgery. Even with a walker or a wheelchair the property was inaccessible. We’re on a fixed income. Even after explaining these issues with the host, he refused to refund our money. I realize that is his prerogative. But his lack of compassion when there was nothing in the description advising older people or disabled people tells a lot about his character, in my opinion. Cost prohibited us from enjoying our visit with our daughter.

Not comfortable. Path to studio pretty rocks and flagstone but not really safe especially after dark. Step up to deck to get in suite too high needs added step. Firepit area not in good condition. Room well decorated but not comfortable. Bed and couch uncomfortable.

I enjoyed my stay. Sitting in the hot tub watching the koi fish was a great way to decompress. If I had to say anything negative my partner walked face first into a rather large spider web by the firepit and it was hilarious!

Our Stay

The outside was really cute and pretty. The inside was decorated very nicely, and necessities were provided. There was something a little disappointing: there were a lot of flies and gnats that were in the space that took away from our experience. Other than that, the space is well taken care of.

Convenient to Lakepoint

My son and I stayed here for a baseball tournament at Lakepoint. Very affordable option and had everything we needed and more. Very clean and quiet. We will stay here again!
