On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright open living and dining room featuring a Scandinavian wood stove and a flat screen television, along with direct access to both the garden and the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set for cheese, and is complemented by a bar area. A separate WC is also located on this floor. The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, hosts all 3 bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm. The second bedroom contains 1 single bed of 80 cm width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom offers 2 beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The sole bathroom on this floor features a bath, a WC, and a double hand-basin. Please be aware that while the bed layout is flexible and more sleeping configurations are available than the maximum capacity of 5 guests, this limit may under no circumstances be exceeded.
