The space
Space-optimized rooms, comfy convertible sofa bed in living room that can accommodate one adult, cozy bedroom with king sized bed that can accommodate two adults and a fully equipped kitchen. Small dining area with seating for two. All new appliances; microwave, refrigerator, washer, AC units in bedroom and living room area cools space in minutes. Water tank to maintain water supply in event of mainline outage.

Guest access
Entire condo is available to guests. Property is in a serene airy neighborhood with plenty space for daily exercise walks or runs.

Other things to note
The electricity supply is directly from Ghana Electric. The water supply is directly from Ghana Water and stored in a shared 2000 Liter poly tank pumped directly to the property.

Reasonable usage of utilities is included with cost. All our past guests have not paid extra for utilities. If guest anticipates above-average usage, provision can be made at guest's own cost. Utilities are pay-as-you go(using mobile app) and relatively affordable, so guest can conveniently top-up as needed.
