The space
The space-optimized rooms in this unit feature a cozy bedroom with a king-sized bed that can accommodate two adults, and a small dining area with seating for two. The living room is equipped with a comfy convertible sofa bed that can accommodate one adult. The fully equipped kitchen features all new appliances, including a microwave and refrigerator. The unit also includes a washer and AC units in the bedroom and living room area that cool the space in minutes.
Guest access
Entire condo is available to guests. Property is in a serene airy neighborhood with plenty space for daily exercise walks or runs.
Other things to note
The cost of reasonable usage of utilities is included in the price, and all our past guests have not paid extra for utilities. However, if you anticipate above-average usage, provision can be made at your own cost. Utilities are pay-as-you-go using a mobile app and are relatively affordable, so you can conveniently top-up as needed.

Water is supplied by Ghana Water and stored in a shared 2000-liter poly tank that is pumped directly to each apartment. If there is shortage from the shared tank, a separate smaller water utility tank inside the unit will serve as a backup.

The electricity supply is sourced directly from Ghana Electric and there is no stand-by generator, so you won't have AC when power is out. However, we have the following rechargeable items that will make your stay a little more comfortable in the event of outage:
-Standing fan will last you 6 hours
-All ceiling lights will last 4 hours
-Backup inverter(battery) that can charge your laptop(3 charges) and phone multiple times.
