We had you in mind as we redesigned the apt to feature a beautiful chef's kitchen, modern bathrooms w/quality materials & fixtures throughout the unit. This modern apt can house up to 6 guests.

1. In order to be fair to guests and keep the room rates down, guests are responsible for the cost of power as it is based on consumption.(Please turn all the Ac's off when you are not using it).In the event that you would like to pay upfront, just let me know and I will factor it into the room rate before you book.. easy-peasy!

2.Cleaning is available at a fee. We clean before you check in and after you check out. If you would like daily cleaning, we have that available at a fee.

3. We are very particular about cleanliness and tranquility in the unit and we take all your questions and concerns very serious. It is our hope that you will maintain and keep the place clean as if it were your own home. :):):)

4. If you are staying for more than a week, we will clean for you for free and arrange the timing with you in order to maintain privacy or not disturb you

5. No question is to small. You are not a bother to us, please ask any question and we will do our best to respond as best as we can

6. We are able to accommodate early checkins and late checkouts. Just let us know ahead of time

7. Yes we have WIFI! .. the TV is also a smart TV so you can watch nextlix and youtube!!

8. When have a standby generator! you will never be in darkness like other places.....

Ghana trip

The facility looks as described in the description. It is spacious enough yet it brings the family together. The space has a balcony which is rear for outdoor sitting and enjoyment of the cool evenings we encountered. The property is in a GREAT location. It is centrally located I mean we were less than 10 mins away from any of our evening activities. The building was quiet. And the security guards were always in site. I would recommend that the property owner include a book or a QR scan code on how to use the different switches. We weren’t aware that turning on a switch gave you hot water, turned in the stove or that it had to be on for the refrigerator to work. We had a pipe that needed to get fixed in two bathrooms but no one came. We were told that they reached out to the plumber but they were having some challenges with the person so they apologized. We made do with the circumstances but it would have been better if those accommodations were resolved expeditiously. Also adequate linen (e.g., towels) was not provided for the number of guest in the home. Overall we did love where the property was located. We loved the guards that worked at the facility. We did love the home just minor things needed to get fixed. Due to the fact we were not home for an extended period of time we didn’t focus too much on the issues that needed to be resolved.
