Nestled between lakes and mountains, only 8 miles to the coast, with some of the best Welsh mountain bike routes nearby, this is an ideal location for group vacations.

Full renovation completed April 2024, this campus sits on over 4 acres of grounds, with full disabled access and parking for over 20 vehicles.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a two fridges, a dishwasher, a catering size gas range, two huge range ovens, kettles, four chest and one upright freezers and a microwave.
The dining room seats up to 80 in comfort.
There is a relaxed lounge bar a bar are and a chill lounge with brand new full size Table Tennis and electric Air Hockey tables.
Rooms contain a mix of single and bunk beds, closet, chest of drawers and a sink.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and Starlink internet access.
