  • Just minutes from Pinehurst Golf Resort and downtown Pinehurst, Southern Pines, and Aberdeen. You can enjoy all the golf, breweries, restaurants, and shopping this charming tri-town area has to offer all within a 10-minute drive — Craft meals in our modern kitchen and cozy up after a day of exploring. And if you're working remote, super zippy Wi-Fi for all those video calls comes standard! Truly a gem!

    This spacious new build has everything you’ll need to make your stay comfortable including a full kitchen, open living area, 2 dining tables, 5 queen sized beds, and a standup desk. You'll find everything you need for cooking and entertaining in our kitchen. There are a few counter top appliances that you will see and a few in the cabinets (rice cooker, crock-pot, food processor, stand mixer). The cabinets are labeled for your convenience. There is also a propane CharBroil grill on the patio for you to use.
    High speed WiFi is provided throughout the entire home. In the living room you will find elegant living space with a 65” smart TV with surround sound. Log in to your favorite streaming services on any smart TV in the home. A Nintendo Switch is also available for the kids (or adults) to enjoy, all from the world’s comfiest couch. The garage features many games for a fun and entertaining night in. You can enjoy friendly competition with Putterball, Battlechip, a putting green, a dart board and a poker/card table with many board games.
    The entire house is yours to enjoy. Feel free to store your golf clubs, bikes, or other equipment in the garage. The house is 10-15 minutes to the golf courses and downtown areas filled with restaurants, shopping, excellent beer and wine, and delicious food.
    *There is a Pack ‘n Play and safety gate provided in one of the guest room closets. Our home is not child-proofed.

Great house, very clean and good location to Pine Needles golf course. Host was easy to communicate with. Love the game room in the garage! Would definitely stay again in this house.

Awesome Stay

This was an awesome weekend stay for me and my family traveling in for my brothers bday golf trip. Nick was an awesome communicator and the property was exactly what the listing mentions. Beautiful home and neighborhood and I would stay here every time if I could when coming to NC.

Golfing group close to Pinehurst

The house was new, clean and as advertised. Four guys golfing at Pinehurst enjoyed staying at this house and it is in close proximity to several nice golf courses. There are restaurants and other things to do close to this house. I would rent it again next year.

The neighborhood was family friendly and felt very safe. The house was mostly clean. The bedrooms were inviting. Given the size of the house, it would have been nice to have a better outdoor space in the backyard for young children to run around. The Welcome Binder on the kitchen counter was very different than what was listed online. I would recommend updating that. The check in and check out times are different, as well as the fact that Netflix is no longer offered by the host. Overall, a good experience!

Beautiful Home

Updated home that was modern and spotless. The game room was great and the Spectrum allowed us to watch all the football our hearts desired. As a mom to a newborn, the provided pack and play was a plus.

Wonderful home

The property was exactly as advertised. Had a few burned out light bulbs and the owner responded immediately and had the issue fixed within the hour. My son and his family were in town for a Celebration of Life ceremony for my dad and this was the perfect place to decompress and relax before and after the ceremony. The kids had a blast with the putting greens and dart board. The beds were quite comfortable as was the sectional. I would absolutely choose this home for another family gathering! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Perfect family neiborhood!

It is a very beautiful home!! Tucked away from the bustle of the city but so close to everything you needed. The beautiful Aberdeen park is very close by and we took my daughter’s wedding photos there. The neighborhood was perfect and very family friendly. Kids biking, skating and family walkers with their dogs. My teenaged nephews and brother in law loved the garage game room, enjoying the putting green and throwing darts. They also spent time on the Nintendo switches. The favorite for the adults was the HUGE couch with a chaise lounge the size of a twin bed :) it was so comfortable. It was the perfect home for my family to enjoy the weekend. The host was super responsive when we thought we left something behind. He was very kind! This house was the most reasonably priced one in Aberdeen and exceeded our expectations by far!!

Perfect house with 4 bedrooms, well equipped. Few minutes from Pinehurst, stores, grocery etc.

We really enjoyed the house and it was easy to chat with the owner. Thank Nicholas. Your house is nice and the BBQ was almost brand new which was well appreciated by all members of the group.

Excellent Rental Property

This rental property was excellent for our annual golf event. The home was extremely clean and located near all courses in the Pinehurst area. I would highly recommend this rental property. A solid 5 stars.
