Welcome to our beautifully renovated house in Åhus by the sea. We hope your stay is both enjoyable and inspiring, surrounded by nature. We've meticulously selected the amenities to ensure you experience all the comforts of home. The area around offers a wealth of activities, promising a unique holiday experience.

This property is conveniently located near the sea, only 150 meters away from the beautiful and highly popular public pool area. It's close to the Åhus Beach Festival, which features handball, soccer, and e-sports, among other events during the summer.

Nearby, there's a golf course at the Kristianstad Golf Club (3km away), as well as paddleball and tennis courts, mini-golf, the UpZone Adventure Park, grocery stores, pharmacies, and more.

Ahus harbour, known for its cozy restaurants, ice cream boat, charming playgrounds, the Absolut Vodka museum, and much more, is within walking distance.

The house features a wood fireplace to ensure a warm and cozy stay, along with access to a private garden.

As a self-catering accommodation, you'll find everything necessary for a perfect stay, including a newly renovated kitchen equipped with modern appliances. It's an ideal spot for relaxation, equipped with televisions on both floors and internet access.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size/double bed (180cm), providing ample comfort and space. The second bedroom features a bunk bed suitable for 2. Additional sleeping arrangements include a double sofa bed.

The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, sink, and a walk-in shower.
