Welcome to J² Apartments – Grüner Weg.

The apartment at Grüner Weg 11 offers spacious living quarters for families, friends, business travelers, and long-term guests. Its quiet location in a back-row development, good transportation connections, and proximity to leisure, recreational, and shopping opportunities make the apartment an ideal base for your stay in Aachen.

The apartment is located on the grounds of a former bookbinding shop and is pleasantly set back from Grüner Weg. The terrace belonging to the apartment is for your exclusive use and offers additional space to relax outdoors.

Living & Sleeping
The apartment features two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, smart TV, desk, and clothes rack.
A separate TV room with a large TV, an adjacent restroom, and a sleeper sofa can be used as a third, private bedroom.
The open-concept living and dining area offers plenty of space to spend time together. A large dining table that seats six is perfect for sharing meals or working together. The couch in this area can also be used as a sleeper sofa if needed.

Amenities
The fully equipped kitchen includes, among other things, a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, air fryer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a complete set of cooking and dining utensils for your stay.

Additional amenities include:
• Bathroom with a bathtub (including a shower), toilet, two sinks, and a hair dryer
• Separate second toilet
• Utility room with washer-dryer, iron, ironing board, and other household items
• High-speed internet with unlimited data
• Desks in both bedrooms—ideal for remote work
• Smart TVs in all bedrooms as well as in the separate TV room
• Bedding and a towel set (hand towel, bath towel, and guest towel) for each registered guest

For longer stays, you can use the washer-dryer free of charge. Alternatively, we offer an additional laundry service upon request.

Parking
Two free parking spaces are available directly on the property.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of downtown Aachen in the Grüner Weg industrial park and offers excellent access to public transportation as well as to the highways leading to Cologne, Düsseldorf, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

In just a few minutes, you can reach, among other places:
• Carolus Thermen and the spa park (approx. 300 m)
• Tivoli and the CHIO Equestrian Stadium (approx. 1 km)
• numerous shopping options and restaurants
• bus stops with direct connections to downtown and the main train station
