  • Welcome to this stunning and modern summer house in Aabenraa - your next holiday destination!



    Constructed in 2023, this summer house combines modern comfort with the beauty of nature. With space for 12 guests, it is ideal for both large families and groups of friends.



    The house boasts a magnificent sea view, where you can enjoy your morning coffee against the backdrop of the sunrise. Four well-equipped bedrooms ensure a good night's sleep; each with comfortable beds. A loft offers additional sleeping spaces with a view of the starry sky. Note: 3 of the beds are 180x200.



    The open multi-room invites entertainment with table football, and outside, the wilderness bath heated by wood beckons for relaxing moments. Here, the day's experiences can be shared under the open sky.



    The Aabenraa area offers unique holiday qualities. You are just a stone's throw from the beach, where water activities and relaxation in the sand await. The area is ideal for walking and cycling along the coast.



    After the day's adventures, the grill is ready to prepare a feast.

    It is more than a summer house; it is an oasis where memories are made and the hustle and bustle of everyday life is forgotten.



    The property is not rented to groups under 30 years of age. Energy (electricity) is not included in the price and must be paid according to consumption based on the meter reading. See the price per kWh when booking. Settlement is made only after the stay.

Et super dejligt sommerhus og en fantastisk service ved Campaya, så den bedste anbefaling herfra til at booke sommerhus ved Campaya samt at leje dette skønne sommerhus

Et dejligt velfungerende sommerhus med en fantastisk beliggenhed, vi var rigtig glade for vores valg og vi nød opholdet 👍 Eneste lille minus for denne perle var det slidte service og så kunne rengøringen være bedre (store gamle nullermænd under sengene og glemt sok)

Schönes, modernes Haus mit Traumblick. Nur der Hottub war bei Ankunft etwas dreckig. Sonst hat es die Erwartungen übertroffen und wir kommen gerne wieder

Alles bestens.

Alles bestens. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzigen Verbesserungsvorschlag den wir haben: Die Sauna könnte optimiert werden und somit mehr Platz schaffen indem man die Bank eine Etage höher anbringt und die untere Bank weiter vorne anbringt: so hätte man 2 Sitzreihen und die Möglichkeit weiter oben zu sitzen.

Ein mega schöner Ort zum Entspannen und runterfahren

Der Blick aufs Meer tut einfach nur gut und es ist fast von jeder Seite des Hauses zu sehen. Wir haben nur einen Punkt zu beanstanden, sämtliche Fenster waren vermutlich von den Vormietern mit Fingerabdrücken von Kindern Verschmiert an einigen Tagesdecken waren auch Fettflecken. Aber das ganze hat den Aufenthalt an sich nicht wirklich getrübt. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in dem modernen Ferienhaus und hatten sehr viel Platz.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen in dem modernen Ferienhaus und hatten sehr viel Platz. Das Haus haben wir sauber vorgefunden. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders in der Küche. Die Sauna hat Platz für zwei Erwachsene. Das Wildnis Bad war wunderbar. Es dauert mehrere Stunden um es anzuheizen. Wir haben es häufig genutz. Der Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Wir waren im Herbst vor Ort. Die meisten Ferienhäuser in der Umgebung waren nicht belegt, daher war es sehr ruhig. Ich denke im Sommer ist dann schon deutlich mehr los. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 8 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Kontakt mit Campaya hat vor Ankunft und während des Aufenthaltes sehr gut funktioniert.
