"The check in process was terrible. You would think a big hotel chain like this would be able to handle a busy day but no. The lines were over an hour to check in and check out. People were complaining about missing flights because of the lines. "The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. However, the hallways are all painted black, including the ceiling and the doors and the lock where you put your key. And there's low lighting.
