"Wonderfully attentive room cleaning staff and a lap pool with reasonable access, though a roped off lap lane would have been nice. Great experience and value except for laundry service which seamed very pricey for this part of the world."

"From arrival to departure to the hotel. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Greet everyone with respect."

"I have concerns about the trustworthiness of the housekeeping staff, as I discovered that an item (Black Long Short) was missing from under the sheet after the cleaning service. This incident is disappointing and raises concerns about the security of guests personal belongings. I hope management will take this matter seriously and look into it."

"It felt like an average American hotel."

"All staff were very helpful, friendly, kind and polite including Thomson, the night duty dog and Panther, the day guard dog. Jaja at the front desk is excellent. The room is very spacious and has everything we need. They provide drinking water every day."

"The downside is that in the room we rented, 528, the flooring was peeling off and the refrigerator was not working even after I called for service. The food is great, and the service at the restaurant is excellent. It is a bit pricey, maybe because it is a Marriott. I loved the taho concept in the restaurant, and I appreciated the security service, as you really feel safe inside the hotel. I also liked the motorized shower curtain. I highly recommend the Manila Marriott Hotel and Newport World...

"Club access was good"

"Check in was a breeze, security guard power trippin over a validated parking ticket, he grabbed our ticket and went to front counter to verify the front counter person like he didn’t just see us go to the front counter after telling us to go to the front counter. Upon check out, it took 30 mins to get a luggage cart, so I had to go down and two empty cart people sitting doing nothing when guest services said they were coming twice when I called. Definitely service has changed since last year so...

"I love it"
