However, we were confused about why the steam sauna and cold plunge are only available if you book them for a charge with the spa... The 1st evening we went down for a dip it was all open. "Clean and nice staff"

"I have stayed here 4-6 times. It been n great. But room 421 was disappointing and the bed was very hard. Disappointing room. All other stays were great. Beware!"

"By far one of the nicer places I stayed at on my vacation trip to vancouver, Victoria and Tofino. It’s outside of victoria but it’s worth the drive. Has a beautiful view and a wonderful restaurant with great food. My wife had a wonderful birthday and I wish I stayed there longer."

"An easy walk from the Harbour! Even with the construction going on outside I heard nothing! Comfortable beds! Great views from my balcony and the M lounge was worth the upgrade! So many restaurants near by too! I would stay here again for sure!"

"Beautiful property and the room is so clean! Food is delicious and the staff are wonderful! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Nice stay - asked for a late checkout and they were very accommodating."

"Luxuriously rustic, peaceful, fantastic location & views. Restauant was so wonderful we ate there 2 nights in a row."

"Check in was a bit confusing since we had to go to a different building, and then they were kind of snippy with us. But once we got checked in it was a great place to stay. The breakfast was amazing as well."
