We had to valet the car and it came back in HORRIBLE condition, someone had smoked in the car, it had 50 miles more on the car than when we dropping it off. "Large unit, very clean. Too many email and texts with info on check in and all codes needed to get in building and room. Was confusing and took a day to figure out (but only there basically 2 nights and 1 day). Be careful if you have a lifted vehicle. "Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago.
