"The room was very spacious. Everything was so clean and the bed comfortable. The location was great and staff accommodating to let us leave our luggage there a few extra hours after we checked out."

"Hotel with a lot of character but with modern facilities. Very spacious and comfortable room. Very close to the station and easy to walk to main areas of Rouen. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"The property has an excellent location in the old city close to the cathedral (expect some bells!). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only crticism is that Expedia described the hotel as having "laundry facilities". If you screen for "washer and dryer", Expedia gives a positive result for the hotel. When we enquired, we were told that the hotel has a laundry service (several Euros for each item) but no washer and dryer for guest use. We were directed to a nearby laundromat. ...

"Geweldig hotel! Alleen was de airco slecht te regelen, daarnaast zaten we aan de straatkant veel last van verkeer.d"

"chambre spacieuse et propre. Personnel attentif et bon petit déjeuner. Bon emplacement et très pratique avec le parking."
