"This is my third time staying here. Speaks for itself =)"

"Fantastic stay, the rooms were lovely and the staff were very friendly."

"A great hotel with a real sense of warmth and tranquility, fantastic staff and clean well made rooms. It sits at the top of the Ounasvaara hill, so prepare for it, but we loved it. The views over the forest, with the town beyond, are lovely. It's a lovely walk along the forest path down to Rovaniemi (about 2km), we stayed in October and there was no snow. Be prepared for the climb back up, or hop in a taxi for a short ride. The restaurant is a real highlight: local flavours, beautifully served...

"A quiet but stunning location, the hotel has amazing views of the lake. Location is a bit further out however Hotel provides regular shuttle services to the city centre, Santa village and the airport. Spa facilities were great. Staff were exceptional, helping above and beyond with any request we had. Ying, Melody and Laura - thank you for making this trip memorable for us."

"Room was clean and staff was excellent"

"Personal is kind and corteous. The hotel is in a great location, offering a well balanced breakfast"

"The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The kitchen was also well equipped. We loved the sauna very much. Thank the staff for reminding us about parking reservation."

"Phenomenal property. Great location. Perfect place for a family holiday "

"self check-in went smoothly, everything was very clean, we had a nice stay there and recommend it to everyone :)"
