"The front desk is the face of the Grand Roatan Kimpton resort. The receptionist's service was unacceptable for a hotel of this level. We arrived at the Kimpton on February 17 at noon, like many other guests, a line of almost two dozen guests was behind us. "What can I say, I’m happy I found this place for my solo trip journey. Just what I needed, love the property and love everything about the staff. The staff is amazing and the property is well kept. Honestly you don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to. There’s literally everything there. I like the idea of having a second infinity pool that’s more kids friendly. Food and drinks were good. I can’t wait come back here. "

"Unbelievable experience! Bungalows over the water are amazing, The staff is friendly and accommodating. We are foodies and everything was absolutely delicious. A totally relaxing vacation. There was no stress booking activities. You can do as much or as little as you want. Snorkeling even right off the resort is world class. Swimming with a baby dolphin unforgettable. Night snorkeling, island party on Wed evening - do not miss. Highly recommend resort. We will be back. "

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was lovely, beach was always kept clean and raked. Food was fresh and tasty and we especially enjoyed the daily breakfast specials. It was quite windy for most of our 4 day stay, but when we finally were able to enjoy some snorkel time on the reef we were extremely impressed and wanted more time to explore. "

"The people of Roatan were so customer service focused but NOT the Blue Roatan. We booked an oceanview room for 19 days and due to renovations, the hotel changed us to a jungle condo up the hill but we would get a "private pool"(until a few days later when someone else moved in as well). WE MADE A BIG MISTAKE. LEARN FROM US AND NEVER BOOK ANYWHERE FOR ANY MORE THAN A WEEK.
