The beds were incredibly comfortable, the showers were consistently hot, and the balcony offered a gorgeous view of the city. The rooms were well laid out, clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was affordable and convenient. "Welcoming and helpful staff, comfy beds, beautiful grounds and views and so much peace and quiet! We stayed in early April and the weather was beautiful but unpredictable (as usual in the Azores) and our room stayed a comfortable temperature the entire time without using the thermostat. The only change I'd make is more variety at breakfast and more opportunity to try the Azorean beef at dinner! "

"The breakfast was a perfect amount of choices to start the day. All of the staff at the front desk were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure my stay was good. I enjoyed the location, as it was easily accessible to the tours that I had booked. (I didn’t know, but the front desk can book tours for you.) Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Ponta Delgada"
