"Clean room, Staff were helpful, breakfast wan wonderful"

"Everyone loved this hotel. Highly recommend."

"Staff was friendly, checking in was easy"

"Clean room, great breakfast buffet, friendly staff"

"We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast options gave us a taste of Peru without even leaving the hotel; it wasn't the usual continental breakfast. We had options to choose from like: fruits, vegetables, coffee, tea, cereal, fruit juice (not the concentrated type, natural), eggs, oats and cultural meals too. Our room was also very cleaned regularly, and our housekeeper changed our towels daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything."

"Me dieron una habitación por confusión que estaba en uso y la junior suit que me dieron no tenía privacidad todo estaba junto cama, sofá y no tenía mesa de comedor cómo estaba en la fotos de Internet, su cochera queda al Costado del hotel, y hay que salir de la propiedad para caminar hacia allá, no lo recomiendo"

"The hotel was excellent. The service and amenities were great. The location was perfect. I would have given it a perfect score except for a mild smell of animal urine in the 9th-floor hallway, otherwise everything was great"

"No complaints about the hotel itself. It is centrally located and well maintained with many luxury items available. It would be nice if they had a refillable water station with filtered water available. My only other feedback is that in general, I found the staff to be fairly unfriendly and was surprised because every in Peru is super friendly."
