"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. It’s a great spot to catch some late October sunshine, with a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic staff and some really good food. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice to suit everyone, and the poolside lunch menu was equally enjoyable. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay – friendly, attentive and always happy to help. They really are a credit to the hotel. There are, however, a couple of things worth considering before...

"Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und der Service hervorragend"

"Unfortunately, our return visit to the hotel did not live up to expectations. When making our booking, we contacted the hotel to request a specific room that we had stayed in the previous year, which had spectacular sweeping views of the coastline. The hotel acknowledged our request and advised that they would do their best to accommodate us. Approximately a week before our arrival, we contacted the hotel again to follow up on our request, but disappointingly received no response...

"The staff was very rude and not helpful"

"Nice clean rooms & good location. However, the buffet restaurant was terrible served raw chicken on the Saturday night. The staff said the hotel manager was unavailable until Monday, dreadful experience & very disappointed with the buffet restaurant, service & staff reaction. No manager contacted us during our remaining stay, despite us requesting a meeting, We were at the hotel a further 2 nights."

"Very friendly and welcoming staff. The triple room was large, clean and comfortable. Everything was wheelchair accessible. Parking on the street is free and convenient. No problems at all, we would recommend!"

"Hotellet ligger lite avsides, mellan Fuengirola och Mijas Pueblo. Trevligt hotell med fin terrass och trevliga omgivningar. Stor och fin pool men tyvärr stängde de för säsongen första veckan i oktober trots mycket varmt väder. Hotellet är lite slitet, speciellt korridorerna till rummen. Jag fick ett 3-bäddsrum trots att jag var ensam. Rummet var helt ok. Lite trött o slitet. Fanns kylskåp vilket uppskattades i värmen. Sängen var jätteskön och ganska bra kuddar. Badrum med badkar var lite mörkt...

"Beautiful property on a golf course with private access to the beach. Spacious bungalow style rooms everything was great. Bear in mind however you are under the flight path of the airport but that wasn’t a problem for me."
