"I like the place except if you travel alone not in group you will have difficulty finding something to eat for dinner. At dinner time you have to make reservation for like 22 euros only if the staffs at front desk are nice enough and willing to check with the kitchen manager to find out if they have space for a solo travel for dinner. I was starving on the night of 10/12 I asked the staffs at the front desk for a reservation, they left me standing at the counter for a while before i asked again...

"We really loved the room decor tastefully decorated as Knights of the Templar. The hotel was beautifully situated at the bottom of the castle and convent on top and the edge of the small village below. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful. A wonderful experience all around."

"Room was clean and comfortable.Staff was attentive and polite."

"Tudo impecável! Recomendo vivamente este hotel. "

"Great location!!! Easy to att nd all the ceremonies at the Santuário. Very clean and ample room. The staff went far and beyond to help us. Kind, attentive. The breakfast was gorgeous"

"El hotel esta realmente muy bueno, impecable en cuanto a limpieza y servicio sin embargo para todo hay que reservar, si quieres usar la alberca tienes que solicitar horario, para ir a desayunar tambien tienes que avisar horario.. esto hace que no puedas usar nada de la instalacion si vas por poco tiempo porque claro que cuando llegas, ya los horarios estan tomados durante tu estancia."

"We stayed here to visit Nazare. It was perfect for us without the crowds but just a short drive to see everything in Nazare."

"Good breakfast."

"A huge choice for breakfast I would suggest having more than one toaster and another coffee station as it got super busy and waiting times were up to 10-15 mins"

"We had a beautiful experience"
