The best thing is the staff, the receptionists are incredible, always smiling, cheerful, hardworking, efficient and knowledgeable, especially Marta who went an extra 2000 miles for us at check in and later on. She resolved so many things for us to make our stay better, always ready to assist no matter how many times we asked her for help, even arranging a surprise birthday cake for us at minimal...
