"This was such a great find. The apartment is beautiful, clean, well equipped, great bed, great kitchen. We loved the location, restaurants, bars and bakeries within easy walking distance. The metro is within a few blocks and there is a tram running right outside. For a lively area the apartment is surprisingly quiet We highly recommend this property and if ever in Lisbon again would gladly stay here."

"Our apartment in Lisbon was wonderful, and the service even more so. They were very attentive, and answered all of our questions, even giving us a free upgrade. The rooms were very clean and we were provided with everything we would want or need. All the appliances that were provided worked wonderfully as well, and clean! They even came with a set of instructions in the event that we were unfamiliar with their capabilities and all in English! During our stay, they were always available to help...

"Walked into what can only be described as an abandoned building auditioning for a horror movie. No lights — like, literally someone stole every bulb in the staircase. The stairs? A cross between a construction site and a death trap. No apartment numbers, no clues, just me guessing where my future ghost would haunt. Do not stay here — unless you’re 18, indestructible, and planning to crawl home from the nightclubs below anyway."

"Our family enjoyed the stay with one disappointment. I read a review that someone was able to check-in a bit early but after 19 hours of traveling we were exhausted and hopeful to do the same. So after asking the host to accommodate an hour early check-in, the communication was slow and they did not oblige the request although the cleaners were finished and room was ready. I believe it was the communication between the office and the cleaners that was most likely the issue but it’s not for me...

"We loved the location of this property, although it was very loud at night as it was on a busy street of bars. The property itself was appalling we spent over an hour trying to get into property as the lock/key was dodgy and we couldn’t get hold of the company we would then struggle multiple nights after that. The terrace door didn’t work which made us feel unsafe. There was mold everywhere and paint fallen off the walls. And the terrace which had sold the property for us was disgusting it was a...
