"The room was very quiet, sound proofing was awesome. Opening window for fresh air was great. Absolutely no trace of smoke smell, as smoking floor is first floor only. Bathroom was great, bed super comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Free shuttle bus easy to use. Can be very busy as it’s a massive hotel! Staff super friendly and helpful."

In the middle of a very busy area this property offers a way to remove yourself from the business but also be able to walk right into the tourist activities. The staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable. This also made for a very easy trip to the airport early in the morning "

"Traveling from the USA first time stay in Amsterdam. Staff was exceptional! Breakfast was truly amazing!! Parking was a little tricky with gate and did not know I had to pay per day. On website said self parking. AC/Heat unit did not work however gave us a fan, if it would have been warmer outside may have been a problem? Also did not know about the city tax per day - not a big deal and we understand. Overall experience very good - great location close to train station and some really good...
