"The carpet in the room had stains and I would have liked a kettle for tea coffee facilities and a bin in the room. Otherwise we loved the location a the comfort. The staff were brillant."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff went out of their way to help us with directions and local restaurant recommendations. They were very friendly to our dog too - giving her treats on arrival. The room was clean and the hotel's location is near to the tram that takes you straight into the old town. We also managed to get a free parking space on the street nearby - there is a paid underground carpark next door. We would definitely stay again!"

"Nothing to add."

"Todo muy limpio. Muy tranquilo, para la familia. Personal muy amable. Cerca de todo caminando... Ampliamente recomendado"

"Pretty easy self-check-in. Not the best room, but decent. Nice restaurant with really friendly staff"
