"Insgesamt sehr sauberes Zimmer, leider aber sehr starker Zigarettengeruch auf dem Gang, obwohl wir im 5. Stock waren. Trotz Anfrage für eine Zimmerreinigung am 2. Tag (die Reinigung kommt nur auf explizite Bestellung, alternativ bekommt man einen Voucher für 2 Freigetränke an der Bar) fanden wir am späten Nachmittag das Zimmer ungereinigt vor. Auf Nachfrage sagte man uns, dass die Zimmer bis 17 Uhr gereinigt werden, was uns zuvor nicht mitgeteilt wurde. Frische Handtücher mussten wir uns dann...

"Die Zimmer waren sauber und man konnte auf Grund er Größe gut bewegen. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und man konnte jede Angelegenheit gleich klären. Einziges Manko: Das Frühstück ist ziemlich einfallslos und sehr einseitig.. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren. PS: Hervorragend war auch, dass man seine Wäsche mit der "Appwash" App waschen konnte."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The pillows were perfect. The staff members were very nice and helpful. The location was great since we were using the train to get to and fro and all around. My only gripe is the amount charged to store luggage temporarily. It is a nice service, but there is no reason to charge that much for a storage locker."

"Although not bang in the centre of Vienna the hotel is well served with public transport. It is also very close to a side entrance to Shonnbrunn palace gardens which are lovely. We were in a budget room which was fine. There were were some problems with tv and we were offered an alternative room. It is pleasantly quiet with cafes, resturaunts and bakeries close by"

"Everything about the hotel, the room, the extraordinarily kind, helpful, competent, and efficient staff at the front desk, all was exceptional. The only problem was that the lobby was not air-conditioned and so when one enters of the hotel in summer heat like we’ve been having recently, one actually doesn’t want to be there. Management must air-condition the lobby. The other problem is that there is a flight of steps to get into the hotel and no way around it. No way of summoning anybody to help...
