"Do yourself a favor and don't go to this hotel. It is impossible for me to believe that the country of Leonardo da Vinci, Enrico Fermi (Architect of the nuclear age) and Alessandro Volta (inventor of the electrical battery) just to name a few prominent scientists as well as the country of Ferrari and Maserati that the country doesn't have qualified Air Conditioning Technicians. In my opinion, the owner of the hotel made a calculated risk to accept a bad review rather than fixing the Air...

"The evening staff was super nice, the young lady and the gentleman were awesome especially the young lady. I stayed there July 9-12. The hotel is not my standard. I am used to different brands. The bathroom is really small. But it could be just how Italy hotel room is. This is my first time in Rome. The room was cleaned. The bathroom was clean. But the shower drain was clogged. Shower is most important thing when I travel. Overall, if you are OK with best Western brand that is recommend that...
