"Overall, this was a good stay. Room was clean & well appointed. I did have to report two electrical outlets were not working. The 1st day, I thought the coffee maker was broken (it was the outlet). When I reported it, the front desk person only offered to let someone know. He did not offer to get me coffee. That was disappointing as well. "

Only call out is that for as an international traveler it was hard to find a taxi to the AUG airport...you should include this service as regular, when shuttle is not available. Team was able to help me, but it took some time to find an available one."
