"Very unfriendly staff. The first room was extremely noisy. So much so it sounded like the Mann going to the bathroom in his room was using our room's bathroom . We asked to move rooms because we couldn't sleep, so they downgraded our room and sent us up to an uncleaned room. We went out, upon treatment realised that someone had been in our room (this was after the cleaning was finished before we took the room), and the back doors to the balcony did not lock. It took us explaining and then...

"Good"
