"Hotel was clean and easy to get to. It is in a sketchy area but we felt safe while we where there."

"Loved our stay and would stay again!"

"This was a great new place to stay! I liked that it was not on a busy street and it was tucked away from the freeway as well. Could not hear a sound from the traffic. We slept very well. Friendly workers."

"Das Hotel in North Norterra ist der absolute Tipp für alle Reisenden in der Region Phoenix. Relativ neu, absolut sauber, tolles Frühstück (für USA-Verhältnisse) und in bester Lage. Wir waren 10 Tage dort vor Ort und hätten es nicht besser treffen können....."

"My husband and myself had a wonderful time at this hotel and was greeted with such delightful and very thoughtful staff! The service was impeccable and I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Phoenix area."

"The place was very below par! The carpet was very stained and had a funky smell. The room was very dark; the utensils in the dishwasher were dirty, breakfast options were limited, and there was a lack of seating in the breakfast area! The key locks kept on failing! The bathroom lacked a body wash. The bottle was empty!"

"The employees are the real stars here! They made the stay that much more enjoyable. The hotel is clean and decorated nicely. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely go there again."

"The hotel room was clean with plenty of room to maneuver. The breakfast was also good."

"Excellent experience"
