"We enjoyed our stay, although there are a few things I would like to change in the hotel. First is regarding the "permanent" cups in the pool area: they will give you 1 cup per person when you arrive and it is your responsibility to care for it until the day your leave. I can understand the ecological idea behind it, but it seems like a impractical implementation of a good idea. The second is the lack of food options near the pool area. If you are in the pool and want to eat anything, you will have to get changed to dry clothes, go up 4 flights of stairs and visit the main restaurant. It is not exactly how I expected my all inclusive hotel to be. They could provide a few snacks in the bar closer to the pool. The walk to the beach is a short one (7 minutes with small kids), but if you want to sit in the beach, get there EARLY. At 9am, all the beach chairs and parasols are already taken. Apart these things, we really enjoyed our stay."
