"Perfect location. Everything on the doorstep. Rooms comfortable and clean. No negatives with the property for a three star hotel. However the charges per night are excessive."

"Great location the the city, most attractions and restaurants within 10 to 15 mins walk. The hotel uses a strong perfume in its lobby and hallways, people with respiratory issues should be aware."

"Shower runs out of hot water quickly. Sewer smells through kitchen sink"

"Fabulous stay here in Seville. Nice hotel, good location for exploring the city. Great bakers opposite for breakfast if you prefer not to have the buffet. We didn’t book the breakfast but were offered it upon check in at a reduced rate of €9.50. Fabulous pool and rooftop bar. Great for cooling down after sightseeing. Highly recommended hotel"

"This hotel is located in walking distance of restaurants, bars and shopping. It is beautiful and the breakfast is wonderful with a continental breakfast and food you can order off the menu too. They do have elevators to the room. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. We were greeted by Patricia with a warm welcome and given information about our room, hotel and restaurants etc. When we had to leave early in the morning for the airport they prepared a “picnic” breakfast to take with us to eat....

"Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Hôtel plus ou moins en travaux, avec manque d'entretien général. Tient plus de l'auberge de jeunesse que d'un hôtel 3 étoiles !"

"Amazing hotel with the loveliest staff! Everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the breakfast was outstanding, with excellent food and a fantastic variety. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of Seville’s main attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville!"

"The bedroom & bathroom layout was really good …. Cotton bedding was crisp & fresh The receptionist was efficient & friendly Located in a quiet area The pool looked very inviting though we didn’t use it on this occasion"

"Really good stay. Even though they do not offer breakfast, it is located very close to three bars that open very early. The bathroom was very clean and perfect hot shower; the best part was the mattress and the pillows, super comfortable, we slept like babies!"

"Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always helpful. It is situated very near the Giralda, and the views from the roof-top terrace in the evening are marvellous. I usually had breakfast in the bar which is part of the complex, and that was a good experience. The hotel itself is rather quaint, the rooms are ranged round interior patios, so it's a bit like the long-vanished convent. The whole hotel is furnished with pictures, statues, furniture salvaged from closed convents....

"Overall, I had a positive experience at Futurotel Sevilla. The staff was friendly, attentive, and responsive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated how proactive the staff was in keeping the common areas and accommodations impeccable. A special mention goes to Karla at reception, whose positive attitude, professionalism, and proactive approach to addressing questions and requests truly stood out. She was welcoming, approachable, and genuinely...

"Great end for a.vacation"

"Lovely rooms and location was superb for shopping and sight seeing. Only slight grumbles were loose fittings, one of our towel holders was partially off the wall, socket next to the bed had a loose fitting as well and the en-suite sink didn't drain very quickly. Those were just incredibly minor inconveniences and I'm being incredibly picky even for mentioning it. None of that detracted from the stay and would definately stay again!"

"Lo único qué no me gustó fue que estaba un poco distante del casco histórico pero la recomiendo y volvería a quedarme en ella de nuevo"
