"I had a great stay at Hotel AX during my visit to Helsinki. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. "This hotel was a gem!!! We stayed for 4 nights and I was sad to leave. It was a lovely place in a great location. And the breakfast!!! I was so delicious. I’m not usually a big breakfast person and I was always looking forward to it. The local Finnish porridge with berries was my favorite. Delicious coffee and everything was so fresh! Our room: it was so great! We had a suite that had our own sauna and it was amazing. It was attached to the bathroom so we used it every day. Such a fun addition...

"Location and access were excellent for walking around"

"Everything went smoothly, even the free shuttle bus from the airport arrived only one minute after I had entered the platform. Check-in was fast and the room including bathroom was just great for my one-night pre-flight stay. Well, the shower stand space could be larger, and I heard somebody complaining the free shuttle might not be running at 2 am. Everybody agreed thst the breakfast is great. This is my new favorite pre-flight hotel at the Helsinki airport!"

"In April 20 26 there was a great deal of construction in the neighborhood so traveling between the street car stop and the hotel was not quick or easy. I think after this street construction is resolved, it will be a good place to stay if you don’t mind being outside of the Most picturesque area. 10 minute tram ride to historic areas."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this perfectly located hotel. It was very comforting and helpful to have the WhatsApp communication throughout our stay. The room was clean and compact, everything we needed was available to us. Apart from the room being slightly too warm (perhaps we couldn’t figure out the HVAC system) everything was in great condition. The price point was excellent and it was perfect for a weekend stay. Highly recommend for a few nights in Helsinki."

"Clean room. Quiet, comfortable beds. Breakfast was okay. Sauna area was very dirty first day and overcrowded! Pool had a bunch of rowdy kids jumping in, running around and yelling. Second day much quieter. Gym next door treadmill not working. Pool is cold. Final day sauna not working. The ladies shower doors open onto the pool deck .. people in pool can watch you shower."
