"V enjoyable stay. Had booked the Abbey Sands to find when we arrived there it was closed,, with a note on the door to go to the Grand. It wasn’t clearly stated in messages that we had been moved there. The lobby and bistro area of the hotel were attractive & food in the Bistro tasty & promptly served. "Room view is excellent but room 301 is so hot that I found difficult to fall asleep. It is better if I cant open the window wider and let cool and fresh air into the room to decrease the room tempereture and increase the comfort of residents."
