"Worst customer service"

"Room are clean and staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet needs a little improvement. The food quality needs to be improved. Some items are good, like fruits and custom omelets. But potatoes, cheese, sausage and muffins need improvements."

"Our room was very clean, it was easy for us to turn on the heat since it was a bit chilly. It was only a 3 min walk to The Rave Club. We enjoyed our stay"

"Good"

"They ended up running out of the room we originally booked. The front staff was extremely helpful though and ended up giving us two seperate rooms and waving the cost. Our rooms were just doors away so it didn't add a hassle! Great staff and convienent location."

"Very continent to downtown. Great spot in garage for vehicle. Elevators are under construction so have to use a freight elevator. Free breakfast is a standard menu. Many food options around hotel if you want to branch off"

"They closed the restaurant and bar area for a wedding."
