"Nous sommes venus à 18 pour une compétition et le personnel a été super attentif à nos attentes. Les chambres étaient propres et le petit déjeuner très copieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"We had a bad experience with bed bugs; the sheets on the bed had not been changed before our arrival; the toilet seat was not attached and the shower soap dispenser was empty. When we reported the bed bugs to reception they immediately blocked the room for future bookings and contacted a pest control specialist. Housekeeping is clearly an issue."

"Free parking. Walking distance (12 min) to main attractions. For the price good hotel."

"I did not like that parking arrangements. You have to park the car up the road at one of the other hotels the inconvenience with luggage and stuff the rooftop Restaurant et cetera was closed and I think some of the staff doing the breakfast were not really up to hygiene one member of staff handed me us a spoon holding the end. I’ll put in my mouth so I had to wash it, I didn’t really think the hotel come up to the standard of previous ibis hotels we have stayed in."

"Accueil très aimable et très souriant, petit déjeuner très agréable dans une grande salle très calme donnant sur un petit jardin intérieur. Parking extrêmement pratique. Excellent positionnement pour visiter Albi"

"The staff was super nice and friendly. The front desk people speak English and they accommodated us well according to our needs. They provided information about a free electric bus. The breakfast was good and the pool very refreshing. Thank you!"

"Super accueil restauration possible sur place Parking sur place"
