"Very nice reception. The staff were lovely with most being down to earth. The single beds are quiet big for the standard size which was a lovely surprise. The buffet breakfast was nice with alot to offer. The only complaint is that the lift is tiny for accomodating 4 people and luggage. An all round great stay. "

"Beautiful exterior and garden area, close to town. Unfortunately the 2nd floor room was hot enough to melt my recently purchased chocolate that was on the desk. Was about 80 to 85 degrees and there is no air-conditioning. The staff brought up a fan after multiple requests which we propped in the window that could only open about 6 inches. Contributing factors may have been the full hotel (and heat rising on a 60 degree day) or the exposed HOT to the touch pipe at the baseboards that went into...

"The facilities are so run down, mould in the bathroom, doors that dont fit, general decor is tatty and the rooms are dirty. Staff were friendly and breakfast was ok, although just a little greasy. We wouldnt stay here again but based on cost, you get what you pay for. Poor doos Waterside......"

"Die gesamte Unterkunft war total abgewohnt, überall Flecken & das im Angebot ausgewiesene Frühstück exestiert nicht. Erst hieß es das würde überhaupt nicht angeboten. Nach megrfacher Nachfrage & dem Hinweis, dass es in der Buchung steht, wurde dann erklärt, es wird gerade renoviert. Nach dem wir uns das beschilderte Restaurant angesehen haben, stellte sich raus, das die Räume schon länger ungenutzt schienen & nichts von Renovierungsarbeiten zu sehen war.
