"Se realizó un “depósito reembolsable” de 100euros que se debía reembolsar, se entregó la habitación en perfecto estado y al hacer la “liberación “ el recepcionista del otro hotel( que ahí es donde te mandan a hacer check out) dijo que accidentalmente se realizó cobro y no deposito y que no se podía devolver"

"Quiet, good breakfast. Very hot room during this heatwave. The room had a fan but was quite uncomfortable. Location is not convenient for stations. Lobby and breakfast room are nicely maintained, room was not."

"We checked in July 13 during the European heat wave and found that there was no air conditioning in the Santa Fe. To make it worse, the room window faced west. We couldn't have slept in that room. I went back to the desk and, in true Disney form, the desk clerk was able to find us a room in the nearby Cheyenne for a small additional difference in rates. It was a much nicer room and the breakfast buffet was incredible (the Santa Fe breakfast might have been good, too, but we didn't have it.)...
