"The best motel on Kings beach if I may say so. The staff were very kind and helpful. We stayed in a Deluxe 2 queen room, clean and spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. We had everything we needed in our room and we used all these amenities. The common balcony was an excellent addition, we ate a lot of our meals there. The staff cleans the area every morning. "This property is screaming, “Please update me!”. 1960s stained, worn furniture, dirty, navy blue shag carpet, attempted cover up of mold in the shower with silicone, stained towels, and overall just not clean. Almost took my shoulder out of the socket trying to open and close most doors. The ONLY amenities are a small refrigerator and microwave. "Bit of a mixed experience here. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful. The room however was a bit less clean than expected and desired. From the photos online i was a bit disappointed. The carpet was pretty dirty and full of cigarette holes even in a nonsmoking room, the bathtub was scratched up and there was an old shampoo cap or something left in there, also soap dispensers full of ancient dried up soap that do not work.
