"The rooms were updated and nice. A chair inside room would be helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Property under construction but it was fine no noise. No coffee when we went down. I’m sure if we asked the staff would have refilled."

"The staff was outstanding all very appreciative and attentive but the building and rooms however are old and tired looking, not maintained and definitely in need of repair. The refrigerator made odd noises, the bathroom light/fan when it came on was clicking, the toilet did not flush all the way and my room was kind of smelly. Not a bad location right by the highway easy enough access to the beach, north to Tampa and south to downtown St. Petersburg. All in all it’s a perfect spot for me to...

"this place was very very nice and clean for the price to have been so cheap. I was very impressed with how clean it was and comfy the beds were. Only thing was the pool water was very warm and when it’s july and you trying to get cooled off, it would have been nice if it was colder water. I think they may need to turn off the heated part off to the pool at least during the summer months or durning day. I’m not sure but it was still nice pool and the area around it was very nice too."
