"Staff is very helpful. Property is very clean and neat and it is located in a very nice area with plenty of eating spots around. Breakfast was very fresh good I would definitely stay again."

"Check in was great, i chose that hotel for the price and only 10 minutes from siest key beach. The room was clean but smelled weird and odd. Wife and i couldn't place what it was. It wasn't pleasant but wasn't horrible either. The breakfast was very um different. Lil boxs of cereal. A mini fridge with a gallon of milk and gallon of o.j. eggis and bread in baggies. But what really was a turnoff was contractors doing roofing work on a Sunday morning and before 8am. Was not pleased with that. "

"Large spacious room and bathroom, very clean except for laminate floor in room. White socks showed floor needed cleaning. 15 minutes to Venice beach and historic shopping district. "

"Rooms were very clean, very welcoming staff and we received helpful information about where to eat. Small pool but it was very nice. Only reason why I give this 4 stars was because our last night there was no water in the building, which led to not being able to have a breakfast in the morning or using bathrooms. Would have been nice to receive some type of discount or a complimentary stay to use at a later time. It was a good place to stay with lots of places to eat nearby. "
