"Hotel is in serious need of improvements Unclean and pictures of rooms as far as the condition are misleading Power went out for hours Not worth the asking price "

"Spot is amaizing, also their eco friendly facilities. But they were not well prepared for tourists from other countries, most of time int' cards were rejected. Any request took long to be address. Is noisy, but I was aware of that thanks to comments from others. "

"I didn’t like that The Cate House is set up to receive electronic funds. I paid online through Expedia and they didn’t receive the funds and therefore, I had to pay using my debit card. Additionally, the food was as not good. We believe they changed chefs because during our last visit, the food was very good. That’s the reason we chose to return in 2026."

"The staff refused to accept my Expedia booking. I was kept waiting for over an hour until I had to pay for a direct counter reservation. I need my Expedia money/points refunded. "
