"I enjoyed the shower gel aroma and the kitchen facilities. The bed was quite comfortable. The room was spacious and mostly clean, except for decorative pillows and a bed scarf. The bathroom door is very inconvenient as it obstructs entry. The walls are thin, so we heard other guests at night. I didn't receive the hotel access instructions on time as per expedia communication letter and had to contact the hotel myself. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway. Not sure if we just couldn’t find the place and no one responds, or whether it doesn’t even exist...
