Cozy alpine ambience, beautiful mountain scenery, and the convenience and recreation of Northstar California Resort come together at this inviting, two-story condo in Indian Hills. Skier, hiker, or mountain biker, this is the perfect getaway for world-class outdoor activities.



This condo is located in the Indian Hills complex at Northstar, where it sits among the pines with a view of the mountains. It's only a mile on the free shuttle bus to the Village at Northstar, where you'll find the ski lifts, the ice rink, and an assortment of dining options.



Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.



After a summer day spent playing the Northstar Golf Course (two miles north) or lounging on the shores of Kings Beach (nine miles south), come home to marvel at the surrounding scenery on your balcony. It's a lovely spot to enjoy an alfresco dinner at sunset.



Snowy winter days and evenings are every bit as fun, with a stone fireplace at the center of the lofty great room. Snuggle up on the sectional to watch your favorite movies, prepare meals all together in the well-equipped kitchen, and gather around the dining room table for hearty dinners and evening card games. At night, you'll find both bedrooms downstairs along with a full laundry room to refresh your snowy or dusty outdoor gear.
