"We stayed for four nights. The property entrance is off a charming courtyard garden, off a quiet lane, off a narrow quiet street. I was woken up by birds, not car sounds. It's a ground floor, but quite bright. The kitchen/living area is not huge, but it's a long L shaped apartment, so the bedrooms are separated from the kitchen. "This apartment is quiet and local, it's very close to the Metro and works perfectly as an escape from the bustle, and as a base to see Paris. We stayed with our family (2 adults, a 16 year old, a 9 year old) and were very comfortable. There's stairs plus a loft bed accessable via a ladder, so it's not for people who have difficulty with access. Overall it's fabulous. We would stay again without hesitation."

"Beautifully kept apartment in a beautiful apartment block. Classic Parisian, tucked away among the roof tips. Great location, lovely cafes, restaurants and shops right outside your front door. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Great transport links. A little noisy sometimes at night. If you are a light sleeper you might be disturbed. Six flight of stairs but my 76 mother who is in good shape managed them no problem. We loved it and will go again"

"My family and I spent six nights at the apartment. The last night the folding sofa broke down and the owner blamed us for the damage and hold the deposit. As we explained to him, we did a completely normal use of the folding sofa and actually suffered its malfunction, but all our explanations were useless. "The property was exactly as advertised. It's in a quiet courtyard, but you're a few steps away from dozens of restaurants and shops. It was perfect for two people. However, with two large suitcases, it was a little crowded, although we were really in the apartment to sleep. We had a minor issue with the wi-fi that was quickly resolved with the help of the property management team. They were awesome. I recommend this property and would stay here again."

"The apartment was as described. On the third floor, but not difficult to reach (even though I am on crutches). In Paris one does not expect apartments to be spacious, but this was more than adequate for two. (For four it might be rather cramped). All the facilities that we required. "Stayed in April 2024 with my wife and 2 children (12 and 14 years). Location was perfect. Flat had plenty of space. However, check in a little cumbersome and flat was not super clean given expensive rental, including blood stain on pillow. We received a very small credit for this. Also, freezer not operational as missing door."
