Se tivo que limpiar baño y piso en cuando se llegó ya que estaba asqueroso, mesa de noche tenía sangre, sofa cama y futon rotos y con residuos masculinos en ellos, pantaloncillos entre medios de ellos, las patas de la cama rotas apenas pudimos dormir, cortina baño sucia, mimes a monton, ratones, cucarachas,entre otro; realmente debería el anfitrion tener en consideración y dar un crédito por dicha situación. Ahhhh! Sin olvidar el parking! Dice que tiene estacionamiento lo cual...

"We had an amazing time at Casa Amapola! This was our first time to Puerto Rico but it truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet, and well kept. We hit the nearby beach daily and finished the each day in the pool. This was an all around perfect vacation spot."

"The neighborhood was great for this rental. The location was also about an hour from all mayor attractions and beaches as well as the airport which made it convenient. The house was comfortable and spacious, we really enjoyed the grill area and pool while we were in the house. I recommend it."

"No tienen ninguna comunicación.. No importa si pagas el costo total, nadie responde los mensajes... Cuando llego con mi familia al lugar, no tenía servicio de agua porque nadie sabía que se rento la casa por día noches... Cómo el dueño no contesta los mensajes yo tuve que empezar a buscar la llave de la tubería para tener acceso al agua potable, para encontrar una tubería principal rota!!! Mi suegro tuvo que viajar a la ferretería para comprar materiales para tubería y ponernos a hacer...

"The property is large enough to accommodate big families. The pool is clean and adequate. The property is dated and needs a new stovetop. The bathrooms are adequate for our large group. They could use upgrades also. We worked the many stairs but for young children or physically challenged people it would be difficult. There’s an elevator but it is unreliable. The property manager is extremely responsive! It was very helpful when we needed assistance like oven mitts. Overall we enjoyed our stay!...

She communicated with me during the trip on any issue or questions that I had, no matter what time it was. She also recommended some great areas to visit that made our experience better. "This property has so much potential but has not been managed well at all and is in need of some major TLC and repairs. Traveling with 2 18-year olds and 1 21-year old, we selected this home because of the private pool, the pool table and the advertised arcade games to fill the time when we weren't at the beach. Sadly, the pool/ping pong table was so badly damaged and warped that it could not be used. The arcade games did not turn on. These items are stored outside and clearly get wet each time...

"The ocean views and the pool in the backyard are indescribable. We woke up to watch the sunrise every morning. The house itself could use a little updating and repair, but was comfortable enough for our stay. There are wonderful restaurants very close by. We loved "living like a local" for a month. Aida and her team made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond to any issues. I would gladly come back for another month!"
