"Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend schön. Erholung pur. Paolo und Mercina sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es ein tolles Restaurant (La Grotta di Tiburzi), das sehr empfehlenswert ist. Wir hatten leider einige Regentage in unserem 14 tägigen Osterurlaub, wofür natürlich niemand etwas kann. Und wir haben die Entfernungen zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana total unterschätzt. So sind für die Besichtigungen der wunderschönen Städte...

Marco, the owner, is very attentive to all details and always around to help. House ammenities were a plus for those rainy days when we could not visit sorrounding Tuscan cities."

"We wanted to stay someplace in quiet beautiful Tuscany and this property was located perfectly. The house is a guest house and the main house is near. It is perfectly and remotely located with the most beautiful views! The patio and outdoors are so beautiful and rustic. It is a drive to do anything but so many little towns and villas to visit. Note, the bedroom is a loft with a sturdy steps but low ceiling."

"Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen, in welcher uns Paolo bei Bedarf immer tatkräftig unterstützt hat, trotz sprachlicher Probleme (sprechen kein Italienisch). Die Aussicht war einfach nur schön!!! Beim Frühstück oder auch während des Tages diesen Ausblick, auf diese herrliche Landschaft zu genießen war einfach grandios! Einziger Makel waren die Mücken! The villa was amazing with its history and setting and we loved the beautiful views as we sat on the patio with our wine and cheese. "Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ideal unter Pinien in Marina di Castagneto Carducci. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber zweckmässig. Schade ist, dass man Bett- und Frotteewäsche selbst mitbringen muss. Das führt zu zusätzlichem Reisegepäck. Nicht ganz zufrieden waren wir mit der Sauberkeit, insbesondere der Küche. Der Gesamteindruck ist gut und wir werden das Haus wieder mieten."

"Achtung: Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterland ca. 8 km Luftlinie entfernt von Volterra, davon ca. 3 km auf staubiger Schotterpiste, der Hinweis zur "ausgezeichneten Lage ... ist dieses Ferienhaus zu Fuß gerade mal 5 Minuten entfernt von: Medici-Festung, ..." ist also falsch. Wer Ruhe und ländliche Idylle sucht, wird sich wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Leute gut geeignet und gut ausgestattet.
