"Hotel was in a great spot,it said parking when we booked it unfortunately the carpark was full when e arrived 🤔The room was good but be prepared for noise early because the doors on the rooms are not soundproof at all so you hear everything. Food was ok but poor quality ingredients but I do have to say the staff were lovely."

"This property is not for the posh people but for the down to earth people it was cheap and cheerful but totally acceptable for me it’s close to the beach and the number 12 bus route slightly longer walk to the town centre but easy doable… I would have no problem staying there again "

"Lovely Old Buildings and Gardens. Nice Space for Food in the Evening and Mornings. Food was ok. Staff were lovely. Room felt like a 90's Travel Lodge, worn with a fair few obvious fixes (a few shoddy) around the room. Money off the onsite Cinema when you stay. Did everything it was supposed to do on a work trip. "
